FSSAI-ICMSF-CHIFSS Hands-on Training

The ICMSF, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)-Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) Initiative on Food Safety Sciences (CHIFSS) jointly organised the hands-on workshop with the ICMSF on microbiological sampling and testing in food safety management.

The workshop, which included laptop-based exercises, was conducted by ICMSF members Leon Gorris, Tom Ross and Marcel Zwietering.
