ICMSF contributing to global food safety guidance and standard development

ICMSF experts Roger Cook, Fumiko Kasuga, Wayne Anderson, Jun Wang and Leon Gorris, respectively representing New Zealand, Japan, Ireland, China and ICMSF at the 54th session of The Codex Alimentarius Committee for Food Hygiene (CCFH) held in Nairobi, Kenya, from 11-15 March 2024.

ICMSF experts are contributing to global food safety guidance and standard development

CCFH is the key intergovernmental organisation that, under the auspices of FAO and WHO, develops and harmonises food safety guidelines and standards that inform governments, food industry, and consumers.
