Successful ICMSF Workshop held at the Kenya Bureau of Standards

Several ICMSF members presented during a workshop held at the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) on 21 March 2024 in Nairobi, Kenya.
Workshop topics included microbiological risks, sampling and testing as well as metrics for modern risk-based food safety management approaches.
KEBS is the government agency responsible for governing and maintaining the standards and practices of metrology in Kenya.
