Diving deeper into the ICMSF approach to microbiological food safety management now and in the future

The Latin American Subcommission (LAS) of the ICMSF webinar provided attendees with virtual life presentations by ICMSF speakers on current and future food safety management approaches, pre-recorded video clips on key ICMSF concepts, and interactive panel sessions at which attendees can raise questions and debate the utility of sampling and testing in food safety control (e.g. by government) and management (e.g. by industry).

- Managing Listeria monocytogenes in peace time and crisis – “regulatory and operational aspects, incl. Microbiological Criteria and useful testing”
Event background information
The webinar provides a unique opportunity for knowledge exchange and networking among professionals from academia, government agencies, and the food and supplies industries. The event was held in English and free of charge. Days 1 and 2 are broadcasted on YouTube. On the day 3, the Zoom platform is used to maximize interaction.
