Suchart Chaven is founder of the International Food Safety+Sustainability Consortium (IFSSC), providing subject matter expertise, connectivity, and consulting services to the Food Industry with focus on Fit for Purpose Microbiological Criteria for Food and Water.
Suchart has over 37 years experience in the Food and Beverage Industry. At PepsiCo New York, he was the Global Beverage Food Safety Director and worked on a number of sustainability objectives including Water Reuse and rPET. At PepsiCo Dubai, he led Sector Food and Beverage Food Safety initiatives across Asia, Middle East, and South Africa. Suchart also has Food Safety, Quality, Microbiology, and R&D Sector/Regional experiences with other Multinational Food Companies: Kraft Foods, NabisCo, Unilever, Rowntree, and M&M Mars.
